This training provides you, your staff and volunteers with the tools to enhance the ay you deal with difficult people. The training focuses on self-awareness regarding defusing potentially hostile and aggressive situations. Anyone who works with people will find this training helpful. The individuals who participate in this Crisis Intervention Training will feel more safe and confident when approaching or interacting with difficult people and crisis situations.
